Castlevania: Belmont's Curse Guide is an independent, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by Konami, Evil Empire, or any other party involved in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse. We do not have access to their internal data, and nothing here should be taken as an official announcement.

2. Game content, trademarks and media

Castlevania, Belmont’s Curse, the names and likenesses of characters, the logo, artwork, music and other materials associated with the game are the property of their respective owners. We reference them only to identify which game our guides are about. We do not claim ownership of any of it, and we are not acting as a licensing or publishing partner.

3. Use of our content

The written guides, images and other material produced for this site may be read, quoted and shared for personal, non-commercial use, provided the source is credited with a link back. Do not republish them wholesale on your own site, in an app, or in a paid product, and do not present them as your own work. Screenshots and captured images remain subject to the rights of their owners and are used here for identification and commentary.

Game guides are inherently approximate: this is an unreleased game, content changes between builds, patches and platforms, and two players can hit different results from the same encounter. The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We make a genuine effort to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the site will always be available, that any page will remain free of errors, or that any guide will remain correct after an update.
